I should have ordered small. Firehouse never does follow ups. SMH ???? This is by far the worst. This is a Large. Luckily Five Guy?s was next door. I got a large fries, should have just gotten my entire meal at Five Guy?s. Shame on you Firehouse in Pittsburgh PA.

Hot turkey sandwich that's barely lukewarm and has a hair embedded in the cheese. Hot turkey bacon ranch sandwich, which is missing the bacon (one-third of the ingredients in the name...seriously? and is also cold. This was a terrible first-time experience with Firehouse Subs. When I called in about it, Hannah answered. I requested to stay on the line while waiting (it took seven tries until they answered . Aaaand they hung up on me. This place is just failing at every chance they get. And after calling and making sure they could be returned and refunded without the receipt (we had proof on the bank statement, showing that we just bought the subs, and the uneaten subs , we arrived, only to have them not give a refund.
