Kfc - Pittsburgh

1st time in years I've been to a KFC and was so disappointed with the service and experience. Noone took our order at drive-thru, so we placed ot online...due to short staff you cannot go in and pick up your order after 30 mins of cars waiting indrive thru to order they finally started orders so I waited another 30 mins to receive my food with none of the sauces I paidfor. So disgusted with my experience I will never go back and waste my time or money!!!

Ordered 2 famous bowls and didn't get chicken in either of them. I tried calling them and they don't pick up. It goes to a dead line. It's 2.5 hours before close and I was one of 2 people in line at the time.

I wish I could have 0 stars.. tried to eat here on Friday and was told they couldn't take orders however the gentleman taking orders was very apologetic, went here today doors are locked. Tried to eat here a couple months ago was the same thing. Lasttime i was actually able to get food here i felt ripped off but that's been well over a year. And judging by some of the otherrecent 1 star posts you're better off not eating here at all. Possibly have faster service at Applebee's

I really don?t like doing reviews that aren?t 5 stars when they deserve it but I tried calling and the line has had a busy signal the past few hours? I ordered a bunch of sides and sauces, but we got none with my order. We only received the chicken.This was an order for a business, and we specifically requested plates and napkins and utilities. Of course, we didn?t get anyof those either, which was just so inconvenient it was almost depressing. We paid upfront through the KFC app. We tipped verygenerously also. This was my first time ordering from this KFC after working nearby now for about a year. I really hope I getcontacted and get reimbursed or refunded.

Stopped in today for a Family Meal,Got a 12 piece meal 3 sides. I had a very nice experience with staff and I just wanted to say thanks. We need to appreciate good service when we get. They treated me nice and the food was excellent! Thank you.
