Pizza Bellagio - Pittsburgh

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. When I called to complain about my undercooked and raw pizza, the employee offered me a $6 refund but said they wouldn't deliver to me again because I lived too far away. I had no control over the delivery distance, so I was confused by this response. The employee was rude and even mentioned that my tip wasn't worth the trip. I have never been treated so poorly by a manager before. I will never order from this restaurant again. The food was also subpar, and I prefer to eat at Angelo's, which offers better service and food quality.

The restaurant stated they do not sell pizzas, but they have a large illuminated sign displaying the word "pizza" on it.

I ordered delivery through Grubhub and paid for it. I received a call from Pizza Bellagio stating that I was too far for delivery. I explained that this was not my problem and they needed to resolve it with Grubhub. I was met with a rude response, a refusal to deliver my food despite already being paid for, and was hung up on multiple times. The service was terrible and they refused to rectify the situation with the payment.

Eating is good, but they didn't honor their sign outside.
