Starbucks - Pittsburgh

One of the better Starbucks in Pittsburgh. The pick up counter runs like a symphony is never a back up!

This Starbucks location is so small and tucked away that I completely missed it for months! Once I finally discovered it, I was so glad that I did. The inside is quite small and narrow, but I think that's what makes it so comfy! It's clean and the baristas are super nice. They do an awesome job with each customer's order too. If there's a mixup, they're super quick to apologize and make the fix. Even when it's busy, these guys really take care of their customers and greet everyone as warmly as ever. I simply love it here!

Conveniently located just off Walnut street in Shadyside, I visit this location semi-monthly and have consistently received quick friendly service! I always mobile order and have never had issues with my drink customizations. That said, I don't have experience with ordering in-person. There is a fair amount of seating but it's kind of dark inside (not a lot of natural light) so I'd recommend Coffee Tree down the street if you plan to stay awhile. On the weekend mornings they get pretty busy so I would advise ordering an extra 10 mins ahead. On rare occasion they are sold out of the food I'm interested in but overall much better experiences here than the location on Craig St. Parking is difficult, but that comes with the territory in this neighborhood.

Great place to grab a cup of coffee and the barista are much better than CTR

It’s a great spot, has good service and such. But it feels they’re almost always busy beyond their staffing capacity on Saturday mornings.
