Starbucks - Pittsburgh

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5.

Firstly, the food item I ordered was severely undercooked. It was not only unappetizing but also a potential health hazard. This is completely unacceptable, and I was shocked that such a mistake could occur in a well-known establishment like Starbucks. To compound my frustration, the drinks I received were incorrect. I clearly specified my order, but what I received did not match my request. This added to my dissatisfaction and made my visit even more disappointing. I believe that Starbucks prides itself on delivering quality products and service, but my recent experience fell far short of that mark. As a loyal customer, I expected better, and this visit has left me questioning the consistency of Starbucks' standards

I recently ordered an iced coffee from this restaurant. Since I work nearby, I didn't check my drink and just left. It wasn't until I arrived at work that I noticed something strange in my drink - it was the button used to pour the drinks! Despite this unexpected surprise, I still plan on drinking it. Overall, I would rate the service, meal type (breakfast), food, and atmosphere a 2 out of 5.

Josh was extremely helpful in assisting me with choosing sugar-free options. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I dined in and the meal type was unique. The food was excellent, receiving a rating of 5, and the service was top-notch as well. The atmosphere was also pleasant, earning a rating of 4.
