Wendy's - Pittsburgh

The service was prompt, and the hamburger they made was outstanding! I highly recommend giving it a try—you won’t be disappointed. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly. Great job, everyone! Keep up the fantastic work!!!!

The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly! When my daughter dropped her food on the floor, they kindly replaced it without hesitation. In a time where it's common to experience poor service, this restaurant definitely earns a solid 5 stars from me!

I visited this restaurant tonight and received a sandwich that wasn't made as I had requested. I thought it was just a simple miscommunication, which turned out to be the case. I returned to the window, and Chase was quick to apologize and had my sandwich remade. He was very friendly, which I've noticed during his previous shifts as well. While I imagine many would be frustrated about having to remake an order, his response was quite the opposite. Overall, to sum it up: the service was excellent, and the food was hot and delicious.

Quick blast by the drive through for a couple burgers. As expected, got with fresh toppings and in my opinion the best in the fast food burger arena.

I’ve been visiting this Wendy’s for a few years seen some highs and lows. It’s been great for a decent while now long enough to notice. Complete turnaround.
