Wendy's - Pittsburgh

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff. While I was at the drive-thru, one employee threw a temper tantrum, and another woman responded to me with an eye roll and an attitude when I simply asked for the rest of my order. Although she eventually gave me what I asked for, she made me feel like I was a bother. Additionally, the food was consistently old and unappetizing, giving the impression that the staff doesn't care about the quality of either the food or the service. Overall, my experience was frustrating and unpleasant. I won't be returning again.

I stopped at Wendy's on my way home, which is about an hour away. A lady in the drive-thru told me to wait, but after 10 minutes with no sign of her, I decided to leave. Service rating: 1/5.

We received the wrong type of sandwich, even though the chicken parmesan was clearly shown on the kiosk display. My drink was almost completely melted, but at least the fries were nicely presented and well-packed in the container.

I took my children during the lunchtime and let me tell you. they gave almost food the true meaning! the application was hot and correct. big job Morgensmann! food: 5/5

This Wendy's is ok in a pinch. But honestly it's very ghetto, they only take like 1 order at a time, half the time my order is wrong or missing atleast 2 items, and not very many people speak to you when pulling up to the drive through windows. And a lot of times food is room temp. Or cold.Food: 3/5
