Yukiyama - Pittsburgh

The sushi lunch platter was really delicious. The miso soup was also excellent. The quality of the food was so good that I didn't even mind the random decor.

The food was decent, but make sure to double check your order before leaving. I ordered the salmon mango roll, but received avocado and mango instead - no salmon. I attempted to call the restaurant three times to address the mistake, but each time it went to voicemail.

I have never had better sushi than at this restaurant. The lunch special, which includes 2 or 3 rolls, is an amazing value.

Amazing fish quality, and the owner is super kind. This place is so underrated and definitely worth a stop forget about the other sushi spots in pgh. Thank you!!

I have had a lot of sushi around Pittsburgh and elsewhere. I can say, positively, that Yukiyama is the BEST sushi in its price range in the city, and possibly in many other cities.They have many vegetarian options and their menu has a specific vegetable roll section, which I have verified is, indeed, all vegetarian.Service is incredibly kind and is typically very quick. Whether ordering in, online, or in-store takeout, wait times are almost always less than 15 minutes.Yukiyama is also open 10am-10pm EVERY DAY.Overall, they are my staple restaurant. I keep coming back (often, multiple times a week) for the low prices, consistent quality, and extraordinarily friendly service.Vegetarian options: Online and in-store menu has a vegetable roll section, which is all vegetarian and (mostly) vegan.
