Taco Bell - Pittsfield

Steak grilled cheese burrito was burnt, had no steak, no sauce, and very little cheese sauce. Doritos locos taco had ice cold beef

The indoor dining area was closed today due to staffing issues, but the drive-thru and kitchen were operating at full speed. The service was incredibly friendly and surprisingly quick, especially considering I ordered quite a lot (I wanted to support them since I knew they were short-staffed, so my apologies for overordering—I hadn't had their food in a while and really wanted it). My order was perfectly put together, and everything was delicious. For anyone reading this, please remember: BE PATIENT AND RESPECTFUL TOWARDS FOOD WORKERS. If you can't manage that, it might be better to stay home and make a sandwich or something. It's upsetting to see these hard-working people affected by rude customers.

I visited the new Taco Bell in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the food even tasted better. Keep up the great work!

I ordered the Breakfast Quesadilla Combo, a Grande Toasted Breakfast Burrito, a Bacon Breakfast Quesadilla, a Bacon Breakfast Crunchwrap, and two Bacon Hash Browns, and everything was absolutely delicious! However, I have to say that the Iced Cinnabon Delights Coffee was really disappointing.

The food arrived hot and was amazing! The Cinnabon delights were absolutely delicious. I give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it!
