Wendy's - Pittsfield

All good except chicken sandwich was missing tomatoes and was HOSED in mayo

Second time that our order wasnt correct. Baconator with no bacon and cheese fries with no cheese sauce.

Every time we get to the drive we wait up 30 minutes to order our food. It has happened the last three times that is regrettable because it is the only Wendy in the area. Food is good, but bring a snack to wait in the drive thru!

I was very disappointed by my order. I ordered the chicken nugget menu. I asked her to make it fresh and when I got it, the chicken bread was hard/breakfast, the pommes were brown and seemed like they were sitting for a while. the meal was not pleasant except the drink. I have, however, teeth problems that prevent me from eating hard. I never had a problem with another place where I left until I went to this wendy’s. I'm going back very unlikely.

Not sure what happen to the management at this Wendys. But staff is always short food is usually cold and Employees never have a smile on their face. I love wendys but my recent trips have made me not want to eat there again..
