One of the best dunkin donuts you always smile. The coffee hot and ready love it!!! You always have coffee ready before I ask for coffee. The best customer service. Happy customer here!!! Five stars

It's always a pleasure to visit this Dunkin' Donuts. The staff is consistently cheerful and extremely quick with their service. I've stopped by at various times throughout the day, depending on my location. While the lack of a drive-thru is a slight drawback—especially since it's one of the few in Rochester without one—the fast service and generally manageable parking make up for it. You can easily get gas and then pop in for your coffee!

You make the most of a small space! Located inside a gas station convenience store, the staff efficiently serves busy morning customers with a warm smile. The manager even noticed me approaching and had my coffee ready by the time I reached the counter! They have an excellent crew here, and they definitely know how to start my day off right.
