Pizza Hut - Placentia

Horrible customer service at night. I won’t be back.

Fast delivery. Pizza Hut used to be good, but my pepperoni pizza tasted horrible. I really do not understand why this place is so popular.

To not use Touchless option for delivery. Driver used it as an excuse for someone stealing my food. I was by my window the entire time and I have a Ring doorbell. The driver never came. They ended up remaking my order and I picked it up instead. No picture of it being placed at the door like Door dash, no accountability for delivery drivers.

My experience at Placentia location was ok staff could be more friendly and pizza could be a bit more warmer.

Disgusting under cooked and hardly any toppings.No cheese or peppers you have to BUY a small container if you want.Also, employees take note, when some one goes out of the way to tip over 30% (because your cc machine didn’t even give an option)…. You say thank you!
