The Whole Enchilada - Placentia

Food was delish, service was less than expectations. Server must be moved to table service, he approached the table and never offered or brought refills to drinks? had to ask for the representation of empty glass?.no friendly service, felt like it was self service. I tipped my expected amount, but nothing or much less. Please retraining is necessary!!!

Great food, great service! My family and I are locals and have been coming here for years!! Always good and we have never been let down.

Went here once. Waited about 10 minutes, got seated. Got no service for 15 minutes. Went to the bar to get a drink order. Bartender, who has been around our table but hadn 't acknowledged us at all said well don 't you guys have a table? Just wait, we 'll be out there . And he was right! They DID go out there. And ignored us. So we left. It 's not about being understaffed. It 's about blatant ignorance.

I have been going here for 35 years. I love the fish tacos, guacamole with chips and iced tea. My wife love their virgin margaritas. Anything you get her eill be very good.
