The atmosphere and the service were nice, the eating was disappointing. the oysters were in order when a little limp. ordered both chowder, the white had a lot of whistle, but tasted tasteless and nothing like a new england clam chowder. the red tasted like the same, but mixed with taco season. the cuddles were simply okay, a small part at the price, and I had to ask brot, although menu says they come with brot. the sauce felt too heavy. we also ordered the smoked salmon linguine and the sauce was strangely sweet. I was surprised by the high-star reviews, but after reading they seem to be this place for the bar inspection instead of the restaurant. with so many great restaurants in placerville I will avoid this place in future.

The personal was very nice.food..uh.no...ordered a shrimp sandwich..baby garnel on a cut avocado two pieces dry roasted sourdig..no butter..no sauce..no taste..no nothing....don not disturb. - elsewhere.

Okay atmosphere or stay had more choice on the menus for eating

Large oysters and service. Live duet was great and created a cool atmosphere. recommended.

Raw Oysters, Crab Cakes and Streamed Clams we're great. Not thrilled with Clam Linguine nor Cioppino. Would go back for the Oysters.
