Timmy's Brown Bag - Placerville

Timmy’s brown bag is our favorite dining place to stop when they drive east to the lake tahoe. they create amazing sandwiches by interesting combinations of fresh and delicious ingredients. I chose a decadent roasted bologna sandwich with havarti (pure sky,) while my wife chose the chickensatay sandwich again amazing! for years we have been there and are never disappointed. so many tasty combinations to choose from! highest recommended!

Lunch for a couple of employees and me. we have the chorizo sandwich with queso fresco. the best sandwich I ever had. absolutely amazing. also the perpetrators. none of us feels more like working, but we were all blown away from the amazingness. nice staff too!

Corned bark sandwich was ridiculously delicious. perfect discs of cb, melted gouda, Slav and other chewings on grilled brot. forego all other than a drink and focus on the complex deliciousness of this sandwich. falls a nod after consumption.

Decent sandwich, but I can't say that this is my favorites or something I would long. applaus them for the attempt of creative thinking.

These sandwiches are amazeballs!! This is the favorite lunch spot for both my sons, my husband, and myself. My favorite is the Sauté! It's like a Thai Curry Chicken sandwich with slaw- OH! So good!! And MESSY!! They give you a lot of napkins, because you're going to need them! My younger son's fave is the Bahn-mi, my husband and older son always order the Buffalo. During lent we order the meatless: grape and cheese (I don't remember the name but it's better than any dessert) the shrimp sandwich or the Grilled Cheese (not your normal Grilled Cheese). What ever you order, it's not what you'd normally expect from a sandwich place, but it's GOOD!
