The prices at this restaurant are much higher compared to other places. The wrap on my burrito was stale and fell apart as I tried to eat it.

The food may not be outstanding, but I always receive excellent customer service at the counter. Despite this being on my way home, the exceptional service is the only reason I keep coming back! (5 stars for them)

I usually don't complain, and I typically only leave positive reviews, but this particular Taco Bell is probably the worst food establishment I have ever encountered. On one occasion, I was made to wait in the drive-thru for 30 minutes because they had not opened on time. Another time, they closed early. They have also gotten my order wrong in the past, and most recently, they were out of half the items on the menu. They marked my online order as complete and then told me it wasn't when I arrived to pick it up. They could have cancelled my order beforehand, but instead they let me think it was complete, only to disappoint me when I arrived. It's almost unbelievable that they are still in business.
