Domino's Pizza - Plainfield

Great service, online hours are very misleading though. Overall great food and service

Went it and picked up my order last night of a pizza, cinnamon twists, parm bites and garlic bread sticks. I was impressed to see all of the workers wearing gloves and working hard, the man who gave me my order was very polite! I recently switched fromthe Dayville store because all the food I was getting was DISGUSTING. This location is in a literal gas station and does so muchbetter! Whoever franchises these stores should hold them to this level of quality. Not whoever runs the Dayville dominos. Sokeep up the good work. ???????? we were very happy with our food! ????

I like going to this store because the staff are always polite and professional. However today is the second time I have ordered a pasta dish and received Alfredo sauce versus marinara. Both times I don't realize until I get home and don't feel like driving back just to get it corrected. It may be worth the drive to go to killingly at this point.

I called this Domino's to place a pickup order and was left on hold for 8 and a half minutes, with the constant message that I was "the next customer in line." Eventually, I gave up and decided to order online instead. The customer service here is quite poor. I ordered a gluten-free cheese pizza, which was just okay. However, the sauce was overly acidic and gave me bad heartburn. It was tolerable in a pinch, but I wouldn't return.

The food was just as you'd expect. The young woman who answered the phone and took my order was fantastic. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and personable—qualities that are hard to come by these days!
