Donatos Pizza - Plainfield

This restaurant is outstanding! I placed a pick-up order and paid for it for a specific time. Ten minutes later, I decided to place another order for the same pick-up time. Crystal called me to confirm that I had placed two separate orders. I haven't even received my food yet, but I'm confident it's going to be fantastic because I've never had a bad meal from this place. The customer service is truly excellent!

The pizza was excellent, ready as promised, and served hot!

It’s no surprise that the lobby here is often empty; I wouldn’t want to work in such an environment either. The manager on duty on the evening of October 12, 2022, had a serious attitude problem. I waited about five minutes before someone assisted me with my order. When I finally did get help, the manager insisted on payment even though I had already paid online. He refused to give me my food until I could locate my receipt, which took additional time. It’s strange that their computers don’t show payment status. Afterward, as I was checking to make sure my order was correct (it had already cooled off by that point), the manager came to the window and told me to move, even though there was no one behind me. I parked my car and noticed him just staring at me. I understand he was probably busy, but that’s no excuse for his behavior.

The pizza is always hot and fresh. We like getting the Works and the Chicken Spinach Mozzarella.

Food was cold late and delivered by door dash without informing me prior to order and was incorrect. Ordered thick crust got paper crust and cold. Do not eat here!!!! Thank you have a nice day
