We’ve eaten here dozens of times. Tonight was the first time our order was incorrect. We called and to make it right then replaced the missing items and added additional for the inconvenience of it. Great customer service recovery!

My family traveled to Springfield IL to visit. We wanted to try the food there and this place had the best food ever. I was hoping they had a location in michigan.. But they didn't...Delicious. Yummy crunchy out of this world. They could shut Kfc down....

Customer service is unsurpassed in the area! I enjoy coming here. Order an extra fry if you are married, because if you look away, half of them will be gone. Five thumbs up!

Oh boy... it had been far too long since a visit to their Romeoville Restaurant. Their carryout locations are certainly the next best thing. December 2nd is National Fritters Day, so I had to pay them a visit. Half chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw and a generous portion of tasty fritters is my go-to meal here. I meantioned to them, I came in just for fritters day and they snuck me a bowl full! It doesn't take long from when you order till your packed up and ready. They flash fry the cooked chicken to order and only takes 4 minutes. Orders of 100 or more needs some lead time. Their coleslaw is one of a kind and is delicious. Creamy mashed potatoes or fries accompany your dinner. I'll be sure not to wait soo long for a return visit.

I visited this restaurant as a child and have fond memories of the food. Now, 15 years later, I returned with my family and was not disappointed. This place still has a special charm—the menu is just as I remember, and I suspect the decor hasn’t changed since it opened. The food truly stands out compared to any other chicken restaurant. I’m not talking about competition; the chicken is perfectly deep-fried with a wonderfully crisp skin. But the real highlight was the corn fritters—they are something you dream about! I heard a few being served while I was waiting for my meal and ended up ordering 50 of them! They truly made the evening special. Once you try this place, you’ll never want to go back to KFC or any other chain—the quality difference is astounding!
