Burger King - Plainwell

The food was excellent, and the restaurant was clean during my second visit on March 16, 2022, around 1 PM. I specifically requested no onions on my Whopper, but unfortunately, it still came with onions. My father is allergic to onions, which makes this oversight concerning. What does it take for people to pay attention?

I visited this restaurant about a week ago, and I noticed that most of the staff, except for a couple of employees, had earbuds in. They seemed distracted and didn't pay attention to the money they were handling, which resulted in me receiving incorrect change. To top it off, the day manager slammed the drive-thru window shut right in front of us. I definitely won't be returning to this location unless there's a significant improvement in staff attentiveness.

I've loved this place for over 20 years. While some locations are better than others, my favorites are on Stadium Drive, West Main, and Plainwell near M89.
