Wendy's - Plainwell

I went when they changed from breakfast to lunch, so it's hard to judge for me. the lady who had another colored hemd was extra nice and apologised for my long waiting period, only for my pop. I told her it was okay and it happened.

We are out of burgers just so you know just tell me you shut everything down 5 minutes early and don 't wanna make my food in the last 5 minutes of work. Other then that no issues I love Wendy 's just don 't lie to me.

Besides the good food the staff and I wish I would have looked at names but the older woman and a younger woman seemed to have a known each other don't know if she was a neighbor or relative but great working relationship helping each other in a fun way great to see that who wants to work with uncooperative people in today's world people seem to forget that the person working next to them can help or hurt them in unexpected ways. The was seating was comfortable and very nice especially for a fast food place even heard others talk about how nice it looks

TERRIBLE service . Found a hair in our food and when we called to ask for a refund, they just hung up and wouldn 't answer again.

I went in for an interview today, arrived earlier than the appointment was scheduled, was told it would only be a few minutes of a wait. waited for about half an hour to forty five minutes got no response and i preceded to leave. there’s no excuse for my wasted time when i had a scheduled appointment. im very disappointed in the lack of communication and the fact i wasted my time.
