Burger King - Plano

I eat here regularly and the manager Rhonda knows that I like my food from the grill as soon as she sees me, she knows how I want it. She always has a big smile on her face. Your staff has a positive attitude. Love the service they offer! Thank you for the hot food!!! Food: 5/5

I like the service here and I like the fact that Burger King's Impossible Burger didn't need an animal 'death for my dinner, from which I am aware anyway. I regret that BK costs so much for it $7.00) but at least I can eat a burger without worrying about a creature pain. It is really 'impossible' to taste the difference between this veggie burger and a conventional burger. Very commendable.

Wasn't a Burger King for over 10 years. I'll drive in and ask for a big cup of water. I don't expect everything to be free. Then give me a 9 ounce cup instead of a large cup of water. You have to pay for the big cup. I asked for a big cup of water so that you would imagine that they would let me know the cost of what I asked. Instead, they assume that Im is broken and needs free water. I'm asking for the price and she has to get the manager to find out. I hear the manager says he's responsible for a big soda. Wanting to charge a full drink price for a cup of water is silly. Not knowing the price is silly and giving me something I didn't ask was silly. I ran away before the lady got back in the window. They charge a dollar for a 32 ounce cup of water. But they gave it to me for free because they thought Burger King was silly.

Ordered two chicken burgers, got two pairs of bungalows with only salad and Mayo. No chicken and the rolls are burned

Bad service, horrible attitude, dry burger. Cashier didn't know how to add the app coupon.
