Flying Fish - Plano

Very clean restaurant. Good selection of local beers. They didn’t have raw oysters but grilled snapper was excellent.

This is a nice casual place for seafood lovers; order and pick up when your device buzzes. Choices are plentiful, and not just limited to seafood. With a little blues music playing in the background, one can have a conversation with others without shouting.

Like always everything is delicious and the staff always attentive than you Juan the GM for the great experience... It's a great place and a wonderful teamwork

I had the grilled tilapia tacos and my husband had the fried shrimp and oyster basket. Across the board, everything lacked flavor, fried food tasted like old fry oil, the talapia was fishy, the shrimp and oysters tasted frozen. The slaw in the tacos made them so soggy I had to use a fork-serve slaw on the side. And the slaw tasted old. Not what I was expecting at all. The food temperature was lukewarm.There were two men and a woman working the kitchen-service counter. The woman was doing the majority of the work. Service was slow.I hate saying things like this about something someone works hard at but I can’t sugar coat this.

Really disappointed with the catfish platter today. Thinnest fillets I have ever seen. The fish did not grow like that, so they must be splitting the fillets to get more out of the fish. All four pieces were super thin. Not a great meal.Food: 1/5
