These people doesnt know what a veggie Puffs is, just focusing on profit by evading customers

Last night two biryanis (eier and huh) picked up. as soon as I found the after reaching from home, the rottenness sought all attention. both were spoiled and it was very obvious from the smell. not sure how they were confident to pack it. in such times when people are afraid to go out because of kovid, please do not fear them to eat food.

Tried schezwan chicken fried rice and it was HORRIBLE. Too much masala in boneless chicken biriyani. Also, Too much color added in chicken pieces. Quantity was good. Overall worst experience. Snacks and pastry items were good. Not preferred for biriyani and other food (main courses) items.

I ordered some cakes for take home and wanted to try one at the store. We felt that they were stale and decided that we did mot want to take them home any more . To give u a clear picture .. We did not take the parcel yet from the staff.. they informed us that they cant refund the money and instead offered to give a gift certificate . I am an out of state visitor .. and i dont have hot-breads where i live . The money is not much either.. its just the lack of understanding and respect .. the gift receipt was given on a sticky pad aswell .. like it was an accepted legal tenderThe food was not great either . The so called Frankie was a burrito grilled to dry crisp with a curry inside it .. and did not look anything like what was described or Displayed on the menu.. they did not have 70% of the menu available as-well..Please do urself a favor and go to a different location if possible.. or u can try ur luck .. if you know what i mean

Horrible. The guy at counter keep telling everyone for 25-30 min wait time and every order takes an hour. Just charges upfront and keeps you for ransom !! I was just waiting there for an hour and saw all angry customers around me !! Pathetic service. Just want to make money without earning any respect from anyone ! People coming back to return orders becoz they took home what they didn’t order ?Google can I give less than 1 star pls .. Ruined dinner and all subsequent plans .
