We decided to dine in anyways because we were hungry and tired. This restaurant is practically a self-service as you order through a kiosk or a QR code at your table, and you grab all utensils, napkins, and water from a self-service station. The family tried the Pork Ribs Rice Noodle Soup, Pork Ribs Dry Noodle, and the Sichuan style wontons. The portions of food are pretty generous. But the food was definitely spicy, even at the lowest levels. Multiple people in the restaurant were coughing from the spice (including me).The pork ribs were very tasty and tender. The noodle dishes were very solid. On the other hand, I was not a fan of the wontons at all. The restaurant has plastic soup spoons, which were way too small for the wonton. The wontons were also very slippery from the oil in the soup. The wrappers were very, very thin, and the filling wasn't my favorite, as it was just a piece of meat.
This noodle is a famous local street food of Chongqing, unlike Taiwanese style noodle, which is more popular. Adjust the level of spicy if you need because Chongqing is famous for its spicy level.Food: 5/5
