Steak 'n Shake - Plano

The Lord in the Drive-Thru was very nice and attentive. The Frisco Melt ordered and they did it on the red sauce and they did not season the meat patents at all and the chili cheeseries had no taste. The food was not the greatest.

Definitely not like it used to be. Staff did not greet us and other customers at all. Orders are done through a computer. Food came out quick though. The menu no longer includes options such as the chicken strips. The dining area looked very sad. My kids were huge fans of Steak N Shake and left disappointed as did I.

I had not been to a Steak n Shake in years. I see why service was awful she acted as though she was doing me a favor to give me my order. It took 3 cokes to finally get a descent tasting coke. But she was annoyed. Terrible will never go back, not to this one.

Best shakes around. Kiosk is much easier to use. Quick and easy. Come give this classic, burger fries and shake place a shot again!

With the change to kiosks rather than employees taking orders one can't get a blend or custom shake order anymore. No more banana chocolate shakes.The paper straws they switched to for shakes are too thin walled for the size and have the ends crumble barely a 3rd of the way into a shake (if you can even get that far, they still flatten too easily even before the end breaks down).Rest of the food was still good and hasn't changed in like 20 years
