I could hear them laughing and being loud through the microphone, and they were just screaming and playing around in the store. This behavior is unacceptable! Where is the management? I decided to leave and I won't be returning to this place.
It seems like it was just a rough day for Wendy's, but my chicken sandwich was packed with tendons, and the soda machine had a syrup that tasted poorly carbonated. While the restaurant itself has been updated, signs of wear and tear are already becoming apparent. Additionally, the staff wasn’t very friendly; it seemed like everyone was more focused on their phones and using inappropriate language. I apologize for being an inconvenience to your paycheck!
I strongly urge you to avoid this restaurant. I just left after witnessing an employee digging in her nose without wearing gloves. When I informed the manager, they found it amusing and allowed the employee to serve food after that without washing her hands. I do not recommend eating at this Wendy's.
This place is not the same. Your customer service is done. I've been a loyal Wendys fan for many years. My experience today was not what I expected. When I went up to the second window, I got my food without recognition of my presence. No welcome after the lady gave me my food, we noticed that we missed one of our chocolate shakers. I let her know without her recognition that she came back and gave me my chocolateshake that no single word excused. There was nothing complete silence. I understand that times are difficult when it comes to finding the right person. Not everyone is built for customer service. I'm sure this young lady can have some other attributes she owns, but the work of the window is not one.
October 25 around 9:15 pm we visited Wendy's located 3100 custer road, Plano. Marieli was working as a cashier for drivethrough window. When we place the order she didn't give us the total amount of the order. When we went to the window we realized we selected a wrong sandwich requested the cashier to change the sandwich. She showed us attitude. Then the chashier and the manager on duty were laughing about our mistake. Then we asked the cashier what did we do wrong? Instead of answering the question she closed the window on our face. we asked the question several times she didn't answer but showed very bad behaviour attitude. When we picked up the food from the next window, manager was there. He had the worst attitude. The whole experience was very unprofessional unexpected. We are requesting the management to trained them properly how to behave with customers and make an example for the betterment of Wendy's.
