Wendy's - Plant City

I don't understand why they aren't including napkins in the bags when you go through the drive-thru. Is there a shortage? Every time I go through, I never get any napkins, and I apologize for not asking for them, but my food was cold. Come on, let's improve this!

The food comes out quickly, but you may have to wait in line for a while. They offer chili but don't provide spoons. When I asked an employee about this, she told me they don’t give out spoons—only forks. The tables are often dirty from previous customers, and if you want yours cleaned, you either have to find an employee or clean it yourself, which is usually the faster option.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, the really delicious one that comes with honey mustard on it. About half way through, it was dripping sauce so i set on wrapper and notice something sticking out of my sandwich, only to discover theres plastic or somekind of paper in my sandwich and pretty sure i took bite out of it, dont know if i ate some or not.

I do not understand why, when the sun that brings upon the days has set and the darkness of the nights has risen, the Wendy's Frosty becomes UNAVAILABLE. For this, you shall receive the lowest rating. Time and time again, nothing but a complete WASTE of a trip when all I wanted was the Frosty.

I had placed an online order and went to the drive thru. at 7:15 o'clock the personal apparently arrived and opened/replaced. I have spoken to a young man who brought the müll out; he and another went out of that to fulfill my order. I liked that. unfortunately doesn't look good for management.
