Chipotle Mexican Grill - Plantation

Worst situation ever. Food for pickup is rarely ready and there are always a lot of people waiting for their meals. The place looks like the manager went home as soon as they arrived.

Came here right after doing groceries as I was really hungry. This location is a bit far from home but I come here due to this location quality of customer service. The staff here is happy and they always seem happy to serve me. Tonight I had a bowl with some super greens, brown rice, steak, tomatoes, peppers and onions, with some sour cream and guac. This is one of my favorite combinations as I never feel super bloated after eating. Overall my experience was pretty good, the location was not as busy as it normally is during the time I went and it was well cleaned.

This chipotle location has really decreased in quality so much it?s terrible. I am literally willing to drive further to go to a different location from how bad my past few experiences have been. The customer service has been awful, they have been shorting the portions of guac, meat, and queso and when it?s addressed you either get a nasty attitude in return or an eye roll. I ordered a burrito today and they didn?t even bother to actually roll the burrito and when I open the wrapper it was a huge mess.

This location needs to GET IT TOGETHER. I rarely take the time to write reviews, especially about a chain like Chipotle but literally every time I order online from this location I need to contact them in the app, where I can never reach an actual person, for a refund. My burritos are always either comically small despite paying for doubles or completely ripped as it was today, and that's IF it's ready by the quoted time. Management needs to do a better job training employees to put out quality food. As someone who also works in food service I would NEVER give this to a guest.

First to begin with the food was good. However the service was oh so poor. You have to use exact cash or card. Upon arrival I was met with a young lady who has an awful attitude which is not suppose to be tolerated at any restaurant whatsoever. We had to spoke with the manager at the time about how we felt. Now because of her attitude I will not be buying at that location again.
