Domino's Pizza - Plantation

Again!!! Wrong pizzas delivered to my house. Both of them were cold and hard as ice, I ordered pink lemonade for my kids. They substituted them with orange soda even though my kids don?t drink soda. so now we sit here with two pizzas that were both madewrong cold as ice with nothing to drink. This is terrible service thought we?d give them one more chance, but they failed us yetagain I have now been on hold for 37 minutes and nobody has answered the phone yet.. just listening to the automated servicetelling me that I should wait until somebody answers the phone. But it doesn?t seem like that?s going to happen so here is myfirst bad review. you are a.??

I placed an order online for this location that never arrived. When I called to be refunded, the so called manager refused to refund me stating I needed to speak to the employees that worked the night before not her and hung up on me. I went into thestore and was further disrespected by this so called manager. I have on video. I wish I could give this store 0 stars. Theemployees are thieves and lack self respect therefore they cannot respect customers! BTW, I hate dominoes nasty pizza if itwasn't for my kids I'd never order.

I ordered several times here. there were times when they forgot to get something I ordered, and I called, but they never came back and I never got my money back. I only order on the app because I don't have a car to go into the load. I think the app is better. the more they order, the more points they get and when they get 60 pts they give them a free pizza. it is free when they go to the load, but for the delivery it is only 4 dollars because of the delivery fee. I also had to download the app because the online site was kept running. they have to fix it. another thing, (then I am finished haha) I ordered 2 pizzas and a free one of my points (what does it 3) and it came up to 21 dollars, then it was canceled because it only 1 person in the load apparently. So I lost all my points and when I tried to get them back, the guy on the phone was so rude and said he would call. I didn't want to do that. I brought her back two days later. something else. I don't like it if they have a certain time when they can order because the delivery is not available, but it is what it is. other than that, eating is always cooked to perfection. but the service has it 3 stars. I wanted to go with two, but as I said there were no problems with my food. it was always bussin! I love dominos and if you see this, you make your pizza bigger. please! (Excuse me for the long heels.)

I received the wrong order, and the driver didn't follow my instructions. I attempted to call the restaurant, but they didn't answer. It's understandable since it's likely busy during this time, around 5-6 PM. The staff seems to be doing a great job under the circumstances.

These are the worst dominos I have ever ordered. I tried to order with the app almost an hour and I always got a mistake. When I called the load, they said they only take online orders. not about this location. terrible service, bad quality pizza.
