Írjon visszajelzéstThe food was soggy, cold and the chicken had fats everywhere. The famous orange chicken was tender, tender, cold and had a strange smell. The Mongolian beef was soggy and cold. The Teriyaki chicken was all fats and cold again. The Lo Mein was cold and dry. Extremely disappointed. The best part of the meal was the pack of Teriyaki sauce. Everything was old and cold and rough. Pray, I don't get food poisoning. For spending 11$ a person I would rather go to a real Chinese food place, get twice the part and it would be cheaper, hotter and fresher!
I understand all the post covid effect. The shortage in staff, the increase of costs etc. But when it comes to Customer Service quality...I got upset. Yesterday, I went to Panda Express located in 1740 N University Drive, Plantation FL. As usual, the place is full (good for them) But I am bringing with me relatives that came from out of the country and I could choose ANY other restaurant in South Florida....but I chose my favorite one. They are surprised with the place, they love the food appeal...but then here comes Ivy (or Yvi) the grumpy worker that is so ungrateful and forgetful about life 2 years ago...No jobs, no freedom, all locked up....but here she is looking annoyed to HAVE A JOB. We were deciding what to order (and we were not taking that long...I know better than that)...but in the rush she ended up giving the wrong order to my guest. I was trying to add more items to my order but her attitude of hurry up made me regret and just pay for the 4 plates and extras we ordered. Thank God...MARIA was the cashier and with her attitude and GOOD Customer Service made me smile and leave glad and hungry! The portions has been reduced in the plates...well, it is what it is...but the bad attitude of one employee definitely will make think twice to look for another branch or consider other options. And don 't get me wrong....I love Panda Express!!
Never have what they should!! Line always long!!! You'll be better going to the p.e in the mall
Came here early and surprisingly it wasn?t as packed as I though it would be. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I got a plate for myself with fried rice and orange chicken with Beijing beef. The combinations was sweet and savory. Panda has yet to fail me in quality and service.
I love there food. Its very good. The lines vary at times you can walk in to a line and two minutes later its empty. I love Tania she made a positive impression on me with her friendliness and her customer service skills, she is on point. Malou and Marie are also super friendly however the cashier not so much. I wont mention her name however i mentioned her service skills to management and hope she can be retrained. Everyone needs a job and a second opportunity. Her hat was low on her face, she didn't say hello, she even went to break and as i was leaving i held the door for her and she didn't even say thank you. She pulled out her phone during business hours. My rating is based only on her poor service skills management should hurry and retrain, i do however enjoy this facility. Its clean and up kept even there serving line is kept maintained.
