Panera Bread - Plantation

I say that it's a hard working group of people going on here. it must have been 10 mobile orders before me, and countless after that. it is the work before the time to order, or you will wait as I did for 10 to 12 minutes. besides the strange line of waiting people who have ordered in the load, it is a pleasant place. clean and friendly. and I never had a bad order or experience. be simply not in a hurry or order before the time and look like a hero! Disability: in front of the door there is a curb with a practical parking on the road.

I have ordered the poppyseed salad many times, but not at this PB. Really disappointed at the quality of the lettuce. Very few lettuce leafs. Mostly hard stems and they are brown from being old. This place is very nice, but I won’t come here again. The PB on University in Coral Springs is a very busy restaurant, but their lettuce quality is very good.

If I could give NO stars I would. Intentionally stopped coming to this location for about 7 months because of the horrible front counter experience over and over. In the area today so I stopped by. Nothing has changed. There were 3 employees at the register while I stood there (another male employee was working in the pastry area...I have no issue with him). All 3 front counter people looked up at me, then turned and walked away leaving me standing there. Is anyone teaching these people basic customer service skills? Obviously not. If you have another option other than this location, use it.

They never get the orders right. Like ever. Half the time I get a modified sandwich and pay for extras but never receive them.

The only reason that I am giving this location a 5 star rating because of one amazingly sweet and beautiful employee named Elle. She is such an incredible asset to this company due to her excellent customer service skills! Please give her a raise or promote her because she deserves it! Thank you so much for your service!!!!! You are so appreciated as an employee and as a human being!
