Írjon visszajelzéstI was really impressed by the help and service I received. I was quickly seen (within 15 minutes) and treated with respect. my new GHIC card has been accepted so no payment required. even better, the two articles I have written cost only 8.10 euro. (in england, that would have £18 thanks to the Spanish health system.
We visited on 9 august because our 8-year-old daughter had a bad ear infection (we were recommended this clinic because it is the only local that specializes in the treatment of children) and the other reviews we were concerned, but they were brilliant. our ehics had expired and despite the application for our new ghics weeks before the holiday they had not arrived, we asked our hotel reception to call and explain the clinic (what she did), said the clinic to them, we would have to pay 75 euro for the consultation, but we could ask that back from our government, we tried to get a temporary prc (what the British government would not recommend if it had not arrived). none of them was the hospitals to blame if we had accepted our ghic or ehic fortunately. the receptionist in the clinic did not speak much English, but with our limited Spanish and my daughter symptomen written on Spanish in a notiz book before we left our hotel, we could communicate with the receptionist, and after about 10 minutes with the receptionist my daughter was immediately seen by a doctor who spoke very good English. take their pass and their ehic ghic and ask their hotel reception to write their symptome on Spanish before they go and they will be in order. even if they have to pay as we do, they take cash ideal the exact amount, because they do not take card and do not change much.
Not well signposted where they have to wait and wait for the booking in. I was in 2 queues, then I finally told to go in the 30 minutes wasted to reserve in the left far. once I was booked quite quickly by a lady who spoke English. I have shown my pass and ehic and signed a form. very simple. then I was told that I was sitting in an adjacent area where I waited to be deceived by a pleasant nurse who spoke well English. I waited for a moment, then a doctor was called, who spoke excellent English. he listened to me attentively, examined me and required a diagnosis and treatment course. he told me very well, gave me a recipe, told me where I could fill it and sent me to the sick station to get an injection. that was quickly completed and I was then told that I could go. the recipe has the cost to pay and was easily filled in the apotheke where I paid half the price for an item, so the two items were cheaper than a recipe at home. no name or dosage details on the box that the apotheker just told me and I wrote it on myself. all very helpful and it would have been really fast if I had been in the right wait and no fee. Many thanks for their great service! I have a taxi and back from meloneras, each of which was 4 €.
Went there after one week of headaches and flu to get some medicine or other help. The doctors speak only Spanish and the only illness that seems to matter is Covid-19. Hardly possible to get through with the real concerns. I left after some wasted hours without any help.
Worst hospital ever. I was really sick, and lived for 5 month at GC. The first 5 times I went there to renew my medication, they were sweet enough. But the rest of the time it was scary. A Dutch doctor who took care of the foreigners who stayed at GC. During periods that I did, He even refused to renew my medication. He also printed an invalid prescription. So I couldn't get my medicine at the pharmacy. So I got so sick I had to be hospitalized. And he then refused to prescribe my medication, despite medical letters from Denmark. It ended up, another doctor at the emergency department prescribing medicine. And then we had to leave the apartment we had paid to rent for 5 months and go home to Denmark. Since I can't live without that medicine. And went to GC for recreation. But it ruined the doctor from the Netherlands who took care of everyone who didn't live on GC. But only there were for periods.
