Írjon visszajelzéstWe ate dinner as a family of 7 and the service was amazing! Our drinks never came under halfway, our food came fast and hot and tasty and our waitress, Havannah, was on everything! We recommend The Creamery to all our friends and family who come to Pleasant Hill!
The Creamery serves one of the best steaks I had in the KC Metro, and delicious ice cream for dessert. From the beginning to the end, our dinner was excellent. Excellent side salads to start with amazing house made Ranch Dressing. The Calamari Appetizer was a hit. My Ribeye Steak was cooked for perfection and tasted great. A real can must not treat a small town. We'll be back soon.
The food was good. Burnt ends, Pommes, Coleslaw. Pig sandwich, pumice, beans. The service was a little slow, but not terrible. But here is a hint: not everyone should try to do commands instead of writing them. My extra beans were plated with my husband's order. They were in a crock, so easy to change. Coleslaw wasn't on the plate and we had to ask. It was brought immediately and was delicious. An order for the group behind us was wrong. A remarkable, expensive court was replaced by something else because the server thought they were the same (in reality very different and at very different price points). We discovered that they were from several items and that a meat cut could not be served because it was bad (why would you say that?) We didn't try the ice, but they were from some waffles. They were pretty busy so they don't miss me not returning. We traveled 15 miles to try a local place with good reviews, but can find something comparable or better without the ride.
As soon as I posted my one star review, I received a phone call from the owner of The Creamery Wood-Fired Grill, Dan. He apologized for the way our dinner went, and offered to cover our meal if we'd give it another try, so we did. This time, they were still out of Cabernet and sour cream, but they did have the Teriyaki Ribeye, which was done to perfection and delicious. Now that is an owner that knows how to handle a bad situation. Thank you, Dan!
This restaurant is a little known secret in the area based in Pleasant Hill, MO. definitely not on the beaten path. But their prime rib and burnt ends entrees are some of the best in town in my opinion. We haven't had a lot of their offerings yet but plan to try them out as time goes by. However, since what we have had so far has been excellent, it's hard to want to diversify from what we know to be very tasty. Definitely give this place a visit. It really was that good.
