Driver was there for 13hrs and 5 mins to get unloaded. Told fcfs at 6am. checked in and told he had 10:30 appt. Then told he did not have an appt and was a work in. Work in or not 13 hrs is inexcusable. After all of that they kept our load locks too. When I talked to the dock myself he blamed it on 1st shift being lazy. Took 90 minutes to count and check in the load to get his paperwork after he was empty.

Yeah, I arrived too early... Had to wait until 0600 in order to get a door to dock at. I would complain, but I did get a good nap in before my scheduled appointment.

There's overnight parking here and take your chances you may find an empty parking space after getting your trailer unloaded.

Unloaded quickly which I appreciate. Very nice folks

Live unload and parking lot was tight, boulders make it harder to back truck in dock, yet fast unload, employees were ok, bathroom inside and the employee lounge has vending machines. Truck entrance looks like regular entrance right after tracks or before tracks.
