Tortabella Cafe - Pleasanton

I come here every year the day after thanksgiving when I’m in town. It never disappoints! Saul and the entire staff make sure you have a great experience and they are the kindest people. The food is good, service amazing, and at a reasonable price.

The atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff is incredibly friendly. We had brunch at Downtown Cafe, and the team went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. I highly recommend the Carnitas Eggs Benedict—it's absolutely delicious! We will definitely be coming back.

The Mexican dishes are perfectly seasoned. It’s a fantastic spot for breakfast. The staff has been consistently excellent lately.

Downtown Cafe is a brunch venue conveniently situated on Main St in Pleasanton. We visited around noon on a weekend, and surprisingly, there was no wait. I opted for a California bagel, which came filled with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and some slices of applewood smoked bacon. The bagel was lightly toasted on the outside, while the inside remained warm and chewy, just like a good bagel should be, without turning into a bagel chip. Alongside, I enjoyed a small fruit bowl that included diced cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, grapes, and orange. Overall, it was a decent sandwich, although I felt the price was a bit high at around $20.

Very attentive staff. Excellent food quality, taste, and presentation. A number of Egg Benedict options on the menu. Great coffee and Orange Spice Tea.
