Chipotle Mexican Grill - Pleasanton

Very good place until my most recent visit. I order the same burrito every time and this time it was half the size it normally was. Smaller portions I guess but the same price.

Food looks like it?s been sitting there for far too long. Needs improvement in their customer service, felt rushed to get my order done. Out of forks and fajita veggies at lunchtime also. Chipotle needs to do better in general. Won?t be coming back

The reviews on small portions are very true, stingiest serving size Ive seen at any chipotle. Also out of forks and napkins

Asked for extra sour cream the whole tub was damn near poured onto it. The extra plate was how much I had to take off. At that point it wasn?t even edible there the entire thing away

These guys did a good job being friendly, but being stingy on the ingredients will get you nowhere. If I pay for double chicken, you have to hook that up and not scrimp, it?s the social contract. Like this review if you agree!
