The front register employee, Shin, is extremely rude and provides the worst customer service. The beverages are good, but the service is unacceptable. Despite being a regular customer, Shin consistently fails to display basic manners. Today, she was even impolite and instructed me rudely to close the door. I was offended by her behavior. Isn't it part of her job to handle such matters with care?

The food was affordable and decent, but not exceptional (I don't think it's the best place to eat, to be honest). The drinks were good and the menu was straightforward and easy to navigate. The drinks arrived quickly, but the food service was a bit slower.

This restaurant is always delicious, with a variety of options. I have never had a bad meal here, and the drinks are always great. It can get busy at times, but it's never unbearable.

Came in on a weekend afternoon, interior is nicely appointed, however, seating indoors was not allowed. Friendly service, but a little slow. A lot was going on behind the scenes, but the boba drinks we ordered came out slow for us and others waiting as well.The drinks were ok. Many of them are prepared the same just minor differences for flavor surprisingly since there are so many options on the menu. A lot of local annoying teenagers frequenting the place. Caught them randomly sneaking pictures of people and who knows where they were sending. Pretty petty and annoying to see. Overall it was just an ok experience and I doubt I'll return.

Pretty good coffee and fairly nice spot to spend an afternoon in with a book or computer. The owner is very friendly and I think they grow their own coffee trees just outside the shop? Don't quote me but good coffee and nice service is enough to bring one back.
