Taco Bell - Pleasantville

Wow! The food was amazing. I tried the Crunchwrap Supreme for the first time, and it was fantastic. Taco Bell definitely outshines the burger places!

The Gordita Crunch was wet, the Crunchwrap and everything else barely had cheese as a whole, the food was tossed together with utter brutality, and the only thing that was plentiful was the gross amount of lettuce on everything. I had to FORCE myself to eat this.

Garbage. Absolute garbage. Soggy and cold. And it wasnt any of the drivers fault bc you can tell the food sat before driver was notified. Pleasantville Taco Bell is wayyy better. AND WHY DO THEY ALWAYS FORGET THE SAUCE PACKETS LOL

The flour tortilla on the Crunchwrap tasted quite stale, and this isn’t the first time I’ve received a Crunchwrap that was lacking in ingredients. The potatoes were decent, but there was hardly any meat or cheese. As for the Quesarito, the overall flavor was not bad, but it was again dry due to the lack of cheese and sauce. Additionally, despite my request, the sauce packets I asked for were missing from the delivery, which left me with a dry meal for lunch. This is the first time I've been disappointed by Taco Bell in many years, and I really hope that next time I order, they are back to their usual standards. On a positive note, my Baja Blast was crisp and fresh, which helped balance out the disappointing aspects of today’s lunch. I still love Taco Bell, but today’s experience was far from thrilling. The delivery driver, Dasher, was great—quick and friendly, which was nice, and at least my food arrived hot.

I requested extra packets of sauce and ended up with around 15, but I only use one for each bite. It would be better to just charge me for the extras and provide them, instead of tossing a few in the bag! I'm fine with paying extra, but if I ask for a specific amount, I expect to receive it. Additionally, the menu didn't indicate which items are vegetarian and which are not. I accidentally consumed a piece of meat, and now I can't even use any fire sauce to mask the taste. What is going on? I'm giving you zero stars!
