Charly's - Pléboulle

The empty attic morning ended at Charly's, the meal was very good but it is especially the atmosphere of the bar with its accustomed and its boss who want to come back quickly!

As we went by and staying at the nearby campsite, we went to dinner in this friendly restaurant. Tres bon accueil de la part du patron et de l'équipe. The boss is a vinyl collector and even has a room upstairs where he sometimes spends his treasures by having the opportunity to taste great whisky. Concerning the dishes, these are frankly very good. The cakes are excellent, the cutlery plate and the cheese plate are all as good. The camembert in the oven is terrible! In short an excellent address for a village restaurant with an old atmosphere. This place isn't Disneyland. Children are welcome. You just have to educate them not to touch anything because it's as crushing and there can be fragile objects. Excellent address and very friendly restaurant owners. We went there 2 nights in a row, the first because we were at the next campsite, the second because we loved the night before the Charly's! We used it to taste other dishes, and confirm our impressions of the day before. The kitchen is excellent, the presentation is fine. Very good charcuterie, pancakes and cakes at the top, and add a really nice welcome from the managers and the chef. A beautiful life project for this family. The small restaurant's room is very typical and also made of embracing and whisky bar upstairs. The atmosphere is warm and you feel a little like it at home, we love the typical and/or traditional decors. The village is not yet, a beautiful little corner of Brittany, far from the crowded beaches. Thanks for these two evenings at home! And unlike what some thought of their visit, the place is not to flee, on the contrary. When we take her children a few places, we make sure they stand well and respect the place. A nice restaurant on the road that also makes a small breeze. The cakes are very good, we can regret that the choice on the map is quite little provided. A very friendly welcome, I recommend!
