Cowboy Jack's Plymouth

I've been going to Cowboy Jack's for years and usually sit in a booth or s table. Tonight met friends and nephew at sat at the bar. Service was not good and kept getting worse. We asked for happy hr food, wings and quest dip and drinks. Before the bill came 2 in out group went to say good bye and knocked my drink over and broke the glass. Bartender cleaned it up, we ALL apologized and she never offered to replace and wasn't much left but couldn't believe she didn't even offer me water. We asked for happy hr wings and queso and whe bill came we were charged regular price and charges for extra drink. She argued that we ordered food after happy hr, 6:00. I asked for a to go box and she basically threw the to go container at me. I haven't been treated that rudely by a wait person in my life. I'll be calling the manager tomorrow and they need to do something about this gal because if it was my first time there them I'd never go back.

Such a fun place! Especially the nights they have a live DJ!

Slow service we saw the server 3 times and they didn't bring what we requested multiple times aka some water, they charged for the sauce that was supposed to already be on our meals (it wasn't worth the battle). They might be under staffed in the front and back.

Good hearty homecooked food in a welcoming and laid back restaurant!

Good food, good service. Little louder open atmosphere, but it was Friday after work and did not bother us as people were enjoying themselves. Fair pricing.
