Burger King - Plymouth

The Burger King near the indoor market in Plymouth is looking old and very tired. Went there after a day out in Plymouth shopping. The touch screens are totally useless to order meals. Finally got it to work and take me to the order and payment screen, then the payment wouldn't work. Had to go to the counter and then re place the order from scratch. Very annoying. Whilst eating watched others struggling to place orders too. The screens just don't make life easy. Food was fine. Not the best Burger King I've been to. Maybe the Drake's Circus branch might be better. The staff didn't look that enthusiastic working there. But then that's understandable. Would give it another try if and when I'm ever in Plymouth again. After my previous visit to this Burger king in Plymouth I thought I'd revise my review. As you can see previously I'd say avoid at all costs it was that dire. During a day in Plymouth on the 17th February 2024 had planned on Popeye's but just couldn't get in. As a second opinion choose BK. Ordered food on screens this time they worked without any issues. Food was prepared quickly and was nice a warm this time. Did notice the tables downstairs were all dirty as well as the floor. So tried the upstairs seating instead. Almost dead except for 4 other people. Upstairs seating area is massive. Wasn't expecting that. Also tables much clearer. Toilets there too but needed a code to use. Would have been useful to know that if eating indoors. Very impressed with the burger and fries. All warm. Burger this time had that nice flame grilled taste as it should do. From this visit I'd definitely go back

There are no sauces to choose from that could be purchased separately from the selected meal

Oh more than a snack these burgers are a meal in themselves. Not busy. I'd like to see more stylish seating not just the bland takeaway seating.

5 stars I absolutely love Burger King! Their burgers are consistently delicious, juicy, and full of flavor. The Whopper is my all time favorite it's a classic that never disappoints. The staff at this location is friendly and efficient, making the dining experience even better. The fries are always perfectly crispy, and their milkshakes are a must try! If you're looking for a satisfying and tasty meal, Burger King is the place to go. Highly recommended!
