Dunkin' - Poinciana

I ordered a pumpkin cold brew today, and was ripped off. Medium drink and was charged $4 plus tax. Should been $3 plus tax. Called customer service and they did absolutely nothing to address the issue. I'm never going back here. Stay away from thislocation. They stink.

Always have to repeat your order. Once initially and one or two more times at the window to ensure that you receive your complete order. Food and drinks are a hit or miss. This morning I received my drink which was not even full, it looks likesomeone had already taken a few gulps out of it. They?ve also over cooked our croissants more than once. This location is alsomore expensive than other locations I?ve been to.

I really enjoy Dunkin Donuts. This particular Dunkin is located inside a gas station. I have to say, they are quick and their selection is always fresh. The staff are friendly and have great personalities.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I purchased two large coffees and found that most of the cup was filled with ice and barely any coffee. When I brought this to the attention of the staff so they could remake it, I was told that they couldn't do anything because the person who made the order was not present.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Dunkin' Donuts, located inside the 7-Eleven on Cypress Parkway, offers indoor seating. It was a great experience!
