Manta Ray Bistro - POINT LOOKOUT

I almost didn’t come here because of the reviews. I’m glad I did as the food was fantastic and it is a comfortable place in a beautiful spot. I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are about, perhaps the locals preferred it the old way which is understandable, it is definitely a tourist pub and priced accordingly (but not unreasonably). I would come again and recommend it to others.

At 11:30am which is when they’re supposed to open for lunch, we were told that the admin computer was down and they didn’t know when it would be back online so couldn’t be served. Fast forward to our dinner reservation at 7:30pm. The waiter advised us it was a one and a half hour wait for even entrees. So we ordered and left our phone number with them to pick it up at that time. We ordered Garlic bread which was just melted butter on bread, Buffalo chicken wings which were hard on the outside and dry as a desert on the inside, and two Pizzas which disintegrated in your hand when you tried to pick it up as the base was very water logged not to mention, just not tasty. Very poor service and very poor food, will not ever be returning.
