Kfc - Point Pleasant Boro

The absolute longest I?ve ever spent in a drive-thru. 40 minutes from start to stop. Counted at least 12 cars that left. Some had ordered, some had not. Attitude from all the employees (2 that I could see), ordered a simple 3 tenders combo, and they gotTHAT wrong. Food was cold, biscuit was a hockey puck, drink I threw away, as I didn?t trust any of the staff not to contaminateit. 1st and last time, I?ll ever go there.

This is the worst place I?ve ever worked for! For starters it?s disgusting,second the manager is horrible,she takes out her aggression on her workers, she has cursed me and belittled me and has never once apologized for a thing, she can?t handle therushes there all she does is curse and wish she wasn?t there!! How can people want to work for someone who treats there workersso badly!?!? Third I was written up for doing exactly what I was told to do, I stayed up front during the rush and made orders,I made what I was supposed to after the rush, I made the coleslaw, I stocked the small freezer up front, I helped the cook bringin what was necessary since the building was being worked on, then was made to wash all the dishes and after that was writtenup, all this after she made me go home a couple days before because she couldn?t handle the rush and like always took it out onME!!!!! She has ran so many people away from there it?s horrible, and they wonder why they can?t keep workers! We?ll look at whois running the place!!!!! O yea and no one is supposed to have relationships there yet the manager and asst manager have beenhaving relations behind everyone?s back, yet they wouldn?t let my fiancé work there! Something is very wrong there and someoneneeds to do something about it!!!

I can confidently say that you won't find a fast food restaurant with more poorly trained staff. I recommend dining anywhere else.

This KFC is one of the best in the area! The food is consistently fresh and delicious!

I apologize if I spelled her name incorrectly, but Ciris truly deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly bright and cheerful. She let us know that our fries would take a bit longer, so we moved forward to wait. When she brought out our food, she sincerely apologized for the delay and ensured our order was perfectly correct. She even included an extra cookie! Thank you, Ciris; both my girlfriend and I left feeling very happy!
