Al Fresco Deli - Pollença

Came here for lunch regularly during our holiday . Really fresh , tasty homemade food . Great choice too . Definitely a must

We have been going to the Al Fresco Deli for the past ten years, for a beach lunch, take-away dinner, paella for the beach etc. It’s generally been our go-to place for takeaway food and been very nice too. So, earlier this week we decided to have our lunch on the beach and naturally went to the Deli. My son had a tuna Mayo wrap and I had a tuna Mayo wrap with salad. I couldn’t believe it when my son took out his wrap and it was as flat as a pancake and pretty wet. Needless to say, whilst my wrap was bulkier due to the salad, it was also very wet with hardly had any tuna in it. It looked to me like there was much more Mayo than tuna and it was most unpleasant. Together with my husband’s chicken salad baguette and a bottle of water, the bill came to €22 and I felt like I’d been ripped off. It has definitely put me off going back which is a shame as it was previously very good. I know it has been taken over and they may be trying out new things, but to get a tuna Mayo wrap that wrong is very poor!

Excellent choice of freshly made to order salads , quiche and baguettes. Staff friendly and shop very clean .
