Írjon visszajelzéstI can't count how many times I went to eat with the family, because their hours encourage us to be open. But they're always closed. Tonight I wanted to think a big group to eat again, they would be open to 8 as advertised and someone answered, but rudely told me that she closed tonight at 6 (it is now 6:30) I don't even know why she's disturbed to answer the phone. I told her nicely that they should probably change their busy hours and she tried to cut me off and I had to raise my voice above her just so that she could finish what I wanted to say. It is disappointing that this place I loved and supported so much has gone to the disposal of the drain in terms of service and service. Anyone who comes through Polson or is looking for somewhere to eat, I do not recommend 4bs. I honestly don't even know why they exist in Polson. Mackenzie River, The Bay, even China Gate are all better alternatives. They are always open at times
This place was beautiful, very home town and local feeling. The food felt like a house cooked meal and that was what I was looking for. I got the grilled cheese with their famous soup, and remember that if you are used to make a pure red tomato soup, this is a cream-style tomato soup, it is different, but I found myself absolutely love it. We also quickly got our food, and the server was sweet and attentive. We enjoyed our meals here and liked the atmosphere.
I wish I could give the staff 5 stars and the food 2. The salad bar is very good. At least that's something. We went to the grocery store for tumors after dinner. Driven with caution
Delicious bacon cheeseburger, and fries 1/3 lb gives me leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Staff is friendly and attentive. Great meal with my family
I originally gave this a five star rating because the food and the staff is excellent. Unfortunately now they are having a issue with their menu pricing not matching the computer so you are being charged more than what the menu says and of course it is always important that the menu Isn't misleading you for the actual price. I talked to the management and asked them to honor the menu price but they did not. So in my opinion it is a form of bait and switch for profit. Secondly they have a waitress there I believe her name is Jessica and she is quite rude she doesn't know how to deal with situations where something is it right and needs to be dealt with she figures it's the customer's fault and treats them badly. There are great waitresses there Tavia and short stack are excellent. Today when I also questioned the pricing on an item although I wasn't talking to her she overheard the conversation Jessica that is said that's why I don't like to serve him. And I asked her if she was talking to me and she said no and I said well what is your problem with me she would not respond. I'm sure in a perfect world she would be fine as a waitress where everything was peachy and there were no issues but unfortunately there is always issues sometimes they have to go back to fix them it is not the customer's fault if their eggs are hard and they ask for over easy or if their food needs to be warmed up or if the pricing doesn't match the menu no need to take it out on the customers. At this point I will not return until their pricing matches their menu and that rude waitress is no longer there who wants to go someplace where negative energy is being dished up.
