The Roaming Buffalo Smokin' Bbq

I was sitting there at lunchtime. Had the pulled bison and baked with the maple Bourbon Bbq sauce, Homefries and beans. All were very good.

Good food! Burgers were cooked perfect!! Like the little potato wedges also, nice change from the usual french fries.

3.5 stars. I've been trying for a while. I finally have my chance today. Bratwurst was delicious. That was the Buffalo Castle. This is a small space with only 8 seats inside. Many seats outside when the weather is beautiful. The bride was good and tender. But I would say it was more pot roast than grill. I would definitely come back for the Burger and Bratwurst.

My husband and I decided to try this place out the other night. The smoked brisket was very good and the baked beans and macaroni salad tasted fresh and home made. We both really enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich. It was super moist and was packed with flavor, the onions on it were a nice touch. Before we left we decided to get some tomato basil bisque and a couple of chocolate truffles to go. We had them the next night and they were absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back and will have to try the smoked buffalo next time.
