Best Best Old School Chinese Restaurant with Tiki Bar and Fish Tanks. Food is all original and proper old school Chinese... real roasted rice. Great duck and shrimp dishes.

My favorite Chinese Dine In when I?m home in Rockland! Crispy fish is a family favorite and man they just always know how to get me with their on point pork dumplings. Highly recommended

First time in town and we were not disappointed with our choice for dinner! Ocean Empire was very hospitable and a friendly environment. They brought out chips with sauce and hot tea as soon as we sat down. My daughter and I decided to share an order of fried rice, boneless ribs and French fries and I'm glad we did because the amount of food we had was more than enough for both of us! It was all delicious! At the end they brought out fortune cookies and cut pineapple with our bill which was a pleasant surprise! Loved it, would definitely recommend!

Food is good Amazing prices! I love it, a full meal for like $15 But its mostly underoccupied, and most workers do not speak a real English, it is super annoying

I was excited to find an old Chinese place. The restaurant was clearly understated when I came here and it wasn't more obvious. The waiter was in a hurry, took my order as soon as I sat down, and kept random parts of my order falling before I even brought water. The food was good, but I would have preferred to wait 5-10 minutes so that the waiter could bring his head together to fix everything, refill water and white rice with my general Tsao's chicken without remembering it. Food was good to leave 4 stars, but the service could be improved.
