Burger King - Pompano Beach

The restaurant was dirty and showed a lack of respect for its customers. The atmosphere was poor, and the service was disappointing. My meal was lacking, except for the burger, which was the only redeeming quality. The management was terrible and did not apologize for the long wait. Overall, I would not recommend this place and believe it should be closed down.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My sister and I tried the original chicken sandwich, but it seemed like it had been reheated poorly—so much so that I didn’t even finish half of it. The trash was overflowing, and the surface of the soda machine was dirty. I've never been to a Burger King as disappointing as this one, located in Pompano Beach off Sample Road near the turnpike. I usually prefer to leave positive reviews for the places I visit, but unfortunately, I can't do that here.

I ordered a sandwich without meat, but I was disappointed. The phone number provided doesn’t work. This was on 5/27.

I went in for the original Chicken sandwich; I like to use the app because it has good deals. The service is hit or miss, and sometimes they are a bit heavy-handed with the condiments, but generally, the staff are kind and attentive

This Burger King is unprofessional I tried ordering from here a couple of times and it’s always a different excuse why they can’t serve me. The first time I pulled into the parking lot with my horse trailer attached to my truck so I couldn’t pull into the drive thru walked to the door it was locked at 2:00 in the afternoon just for an employee to tell me that the dinner room was closed, Ok I left. The second time I didn’t have my horse trailer I pulled up to the drive thru I had to keep calling for someone to take my order it took a minute then an employee came on to tell me that they’re only taking Uber orders at 9:00 pm “REALLY”, so I left and I’ll never come back to this Burger King. In my opinion “No one wants to work any more”, they just want to sit around and get paid.
